No, We do not guarantee the exact color of engraving on any product as the color of the finished product might appear out to be different.
We do not guarantee the exact color of the uploaded pictures or designs as the printing process includes heat transfer of the images where some loss of color is always applicable. Although we try to deliver the accurate and very close to quality and color of the pictures or designs with our advanced and high definition printers.
Cancellations and returns
To get your order delivered to you soon, we do the printing of the orders same day as placed. As long as your order is not processed, we can cancel it and refund your total amount. Please get in touch with our customer support team to cancel your order or visit Uandmeprints.com for further help.

Yes you can modify your order as we have a very flexible team and we understand there can be some changes required in your placed order, as customer satisfaction is very important to us.
We cancel your order as soon as the request is generated and the refund process is initiated within 48 hours.It takes further 6-7 working days for the amount to be credited back in your account. Please note if the payment is made via Credit Card , it might take 20-25 working days for the credited amount to be recieved in your account.
Once you have paid the courier charges please email us the scanned copy of the receipt within 10 days of the return at info@uandmeprints.comRefunds for courier charges are always in the mode of U and Me advertising LLP vouchers which can be redeemed on your future purchase.
